1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high order volume or stock issues, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Duration

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

These timelines are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to courier workload, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be available during special offers or minimum order values.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Address & Delivery

  • Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the delivery fails, the order may be returned to the warehouse.

7. Damaged / Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing items:

  • Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide unboxing videos/photos as proof for faster resolution.

Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement as per the Return & Refund Policy.

8. COD (Cash on Delivery)

  • COD may be available on selected products and locations.

  • Additional COD charges may apply.

  • Refusing a COD delivery repeatedly may lead to your account being restricted.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • We only ship within India.
