1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or not functioning upon delivery.

  • Wrong product/item received.

  • Product received does not match the description shown on our website.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

Please ensure the product meets these conditions:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and freebies must be returned.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or physical damage will not be eligible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged after delivery.

  • Appliances showing signs of installation or usage.

  • Items with missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Clearance sale or special-discount items (unless defective).

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be done through bank transfer.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can also provide:

  • Free replacement of the same product

  • Replacement depends on stock availability

  • If the product is unavailable, refund will be issued

6. Return Pickup Process

  • Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will schedule a pickup.

  • Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you may request a return after delivery.
